Yoga & canyoning tours

Why combine these two activities with very different appearances? In fact they are two complementary activities.

The yoga practice we offer is focused on relaxation, flexibility, tone. We use postures to relax the muscles and joints required during a canyon descent. During a stay, in addition to the well-being that yoga brings, it also promotes recovery after each day of canyoning.

The benefits of yoga are immediate, the body is more flexible, more flexible and more responsive. You find day after day an additional ease during your progress in the canyon.

During our workshops, we try to do outdoor yoga sessions to better connect the body to the environment.

You are athletic and you say that yoga is not dynamic enough? You are not particularly sporty, you want to practice yoga but you are afraid that canyoning is too physical? In fact, one and the other activity are practiced according to your capacities and your desires.
